Introduction Hey foodies, I'm Jess and welcome to my adventures with tooth-achingly sweet treats. In 2011, I took my passion for all things foodie to the next level. My blog follows my journey, testing recipes and pursuing my entrepreneurial drive with RVB, the business. Summer 2013, I trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine, achieving not only a distinction, but a great deal of encouragement to pursue my culinary dreams. Since graduating, I have run a culinary course out at a kids camp in Pennsylvania and joined an international communications company, as a Marketing Coordinator. I can assure my foodie fans, however, that my culinary encounters are still ongoing and are set for a sensational rise in 2015. When I’m not dancing in the kitchen, sprinkling sugar and grinding spice, you can find me singing classical or jazz music, taking long walks in the crisp Yorkshire air or snuggling on the sofa, with a Disney mug full to the brim of hot chocolate.
