| Introduction | I am a management consultant and researcher and have over ten years of experience in helping organizations introduce new ways of working to improve their performance, predominantly in financial services and government. My assignments usually involve the introduction of new information and communication technologies, where I take an advisory role. I currently work for YNNO, a consultancy firm from The Netherlands, dedicated to the innovation of work.
