| Introduction | Edward Linley Sambourne said... Hey! Yes I’m Linley Sambourne. Oh, yeah! I forgot you were coming to visit. You can jus’ call me Sammy for short. Um…, let me jus’ fix this up a lil’ bit. Ok, there! Alright, well, I only have a few minutes to talk so basically what I’m workn’ on here is jus’ a drawing. I have to make it before I turn it in on Monday. It’s for our magazine, called Punch. Have you heard of it? You do. Cool! Well, basically Punch is jus’ a magazine with a lot of drawings, sketches, and a little bit of comics here and there that’s based on political, economical, or jus’ plain old conflicts in the world. What I’m workn’ on right now is this drawing that’s based on the imperialism over Africa. I still don’t know what to call it…, I was thinking Cecil Rhodes. What? You like it. Ok then. Me too! Yup it’s goin’ good so far. I’ve been here for 4 decades and I still love this job! Well I gotta go. I have to finish this up. Hope you got the information you needed. See ya later!
