| Introduction | I am a 43 year old from Ellendale,Delaware. I am currently enrolled at Kaplan University in the Bachelors of Health Science program. I will be graduating in June 2011. Yes I only have 4 courses left I am so excited. Attending Kaplan has been a wonderful journey of learning, meeting new people, and expanding the horizon leading to my future. I have been happily married for 23 years to my wonderful husband Robert. We have 2 beautiful daughters and 6 beautiful grandchildren. |
| Interests | My husband and I are very involved with the Sons of Confederate Veterans. We are members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans Mechanized Calvary. The mechanized Calvary is the motorcycle riding group of members of the sons of confederate veterans. We do display the confederate flag but it stands for Heritage not hatred. We are a heritage based organization that preserves the true history of the civil war. If you would like to know more contact me. My husband and all members must prove lineage of ancestory connected directly to their civil war enlistmened ancestor that served hororably. My husbands group is called the Mason Dixon Gaurds and the ladies are the Mason Dixon Bells. We aquired this name due to the fact that Delaware did not suceed from the union during the civil war but they did gaurd the mason dixon line that runs through part of Delaware and Maryland. Our group has been able to prove that 2000 Delaware citizens did travel south to serve the confederation during the civil war but due to the events in the state of maryland during the civil war Delaware did not succeed. |
