| Introduction | I am a stay at home mama to three kids: Mini (she's 7), Pickle (he's 6) and Yummy (he's 2). Both my boys have asthma, and all three of my kids struggle with the 'normal' range of childhood illness: strep throat, ear infections, inexplicable fevers and viral infections... After spending more money and time than I want to think about on steroids, antibiotics, doctor visits, and ER visits, I decided to try something different. We are going to spend the summer transitioning to eating 'clean' in order to determine how many of my kids' health concerns may be related to as yet un-diagnosed food allergies. |
