| Introduction | Hello! Welcome to my blog! My name is Krystal and I am 28 years old. I am married to an amazing man, Greg, and together we have 5 kids. We are both Radiologic Technologists. I work weekends and we both work nights. I have been passionate about diet and exercise since high school. I didn't play sports but I learned that working out and eating right made me feel much better physically and emotionally at a very young age. I continued to exercise through both my pregnancies. We recently welcomed our first child together 8 months ago. |
