Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I have a lovely, year- round skinny scarf in periwinkle for sale in my shop,which I think is very cute. I like how it looks when i see women wearing decorative scarves, as opposed to the keep-the-frostbite-off-your-neck type...but i seldom think to wear one myself.I think they are a nuisance when carrying diaper bags and small children...perhaps when I outgrow that stage.
