| Introduction | I'm a grain fed prairie girl from Manitoba who is all grown up and is now a seasoned professional. I'm over 50 but feel young and vibrant. I run. I do Crossfit. I hike tall mountains. Through trials and tribulations, I've come out the other end a better person. What I want to do is remind myself to think positively every day. An exercise in positive thinking. I have so much to be thankful for. I now live near the big city in the best of both worlds - a small community minutes from Vancouver in British Columbia. |
