| Introduction | I'm a retired elementary school teacher. My horses provide plenty of exercise and fresh air and keep me grounded. Genealogy research has been going on since I was about 15, when I first started writing things down. I've read thousands of books, including research and history books. Computers keep me organized and sane. But I confess to loving on-line games. I watch little to no TV. |

| Favorite music | For the most part, I'm a classical music person. I do like the scores from many Broadway musicals. Another musical mood will swing me into Celtic songs, lots of pipes and flutes. At present, my absolute favorite is Il Divo. |
