Introduction	Fell in love with Theatre in School where it was a compulsory part of the curriculum. Continued doing theatre as an army officer, posted to Allahabad and Sikkim. Left the army to go into theatre full time. Felt the need to earn money to make a living. Worked for a year in Avery India, and for 21 years in Godrej. Continued doing theatre alongside. Realised the potentiality of 'theatre' as a corporate training tool and conceived and developed the "CorporateTheatre" methodology. This was well received within Godrej as well as outside. Left Godrej as Regional Manager (South India) to take up full time facilitation. Currently doing a good deal of Theatre, as well as theatre-based facilitation.
