| Introduction | I am a Registered General Nurse, working in a Cancer Unit. I have a gorgeous husband 'W' who can do anything if he puts his mind to it. He loves cooking which is great for me, especially as I love food. I also have 2 children, who keep me really busy, however I get lots of spare time when they are in school as I work 3 long days, which leaves me 4 days, lovely! My interests are mainly golf and reading, but recently, I have found an interest in eating nutritiously especially the Paleo diet, not always cooking it as W has a natural flare for inventing a great meal.Baking, I have also taken to baking without flour the Paleo way (much to everyones surprise!) I used to spend a fortune on cereal bars for snacks for the kids, so now I bake my own nutritious cakes. My last but not least interest is tatting which I will talk more about later!! |
