Introduction	I've been a painter for some 20 years (since it's a question everybody asks). Before that I did many other things (they ask about that too); I'll just say they were all done artistically. A versatile painter with wide interests I paint in multiple styles and whatever subject interests at the time. Sometimes I do commissions. Not to boast, but my paintings really have found homes in pretty distant places around the world. My prices are anywhere from the middle hundreds to $20,000 (for the really big pieces). For this blog, at least for now, I will feature pieces at the lower end--just as beautiful, but smaller. As another point of interest, for 50 years I've been married to Anne Moore, also an artist, a printmaker of the highest calibre, and sometimes my most useful critic. The continued goal is to live artistically, to create quality, and to make art available to as many people as possible. PS That portrait of me is by friend and former student, Pil Ho Lee.
