| Introduction | I am a late thirties gal living in Calgary, Alberta Canada with my husband Dhugal (who will from time to time guest post) and our two Siamese cats. In no particular order, a few things that make my heart happy are: exercise of pretty much any type, trying new healthy recipes (admittedly I am not the chef in our household but I am very good at meal planning), travelling just about anywhere (Texas has my heart right now - particularly hill country), country music (I can’t two step AT ALL), animals (especially cats), being outside (not in the cold though – NO thank you), wine (especially champagne) and coffee. |
