| Introduction | Horsell Common is three doods from the lovely city of Melbourne in Australia. We've been around for a few years, we did some EPs and 7" single. We toured with some bands. Then we toured some more bands. Then we toured by ourselves. Then we toured some more. This year we decided it was time to write an album. So we have about 20 songs we are working on with our awesome new friend Stephen Haigler from Charlotte, North Carolina. He lives near where Michael Jordan grew up and worked with The Pixies and Quicksand, so we knew we'd love him. Our album is called "The Rescue", and it's already a mile ahead of anything we've ever worked on. It will come out in October through Boomtown Records via Shock Records. Our band is: Luke Cripps: Vegan Body Builder, Bass Swinger Extraordinaire, Doesnt ever Drive on Tour and the dude our manager once banned from doing interviews. Mark Stewart: Proud Father, Crooner, Guitar Wizz and possibly A.D.D Leigh Pengelly: Cradle of Filth shirt, Drummer, Boss of Music, and the guy Cripps calls a "cat". Hopefully this blog is great. |
