| Introduction | I'm the mom of three barely-adult kids, so I'll soon face an empty nest. I teach middle school art and have the best job in the world. I love to laugh. With three daughters so close in age (two-thirds are twins), I've done a whole lot of laughing in my life-some hysterical laughing too! A sense of humor is a great defense mechanism with kiddos! I love to create, decorate, redecorate, organize (too often in theory only), and remix and repurpose everything I can. I don't necessarily hug trees, but I see no sense in waste of any kind. "Being green" is to me just using good common sense and being a responsible adult. I am handy enough to get small projects done but I'm not in any way a master carpenter. Still I can weild a hammer with relatively few trips to the emergency room. |
