| Introduction | We are a family of three who have been touched by God. My husband Austin and I are high school sweethearts who were blessed with a beautiful daughter in August 2010. Austin, as well as our daughter Madison, were both born with congenital heart disease and have undergone heart surgeries to correct their defects. Madison's journey has proven to be more complicated than her daddy's as she has endured three open heart surgeries in her first 9 months of life but fortunately she also inherited his strength and courage to overcome. We still have a journey ahead of us but we welcome you to join us as we embark on a predestined path in which hearts continue to be healed one by one. |
