Introduction | I was born and raised in south western, Ontario, Canada. I am a mom of two wonderful kids they are growing up way too fast. For as long as I can remember I have worked on some form of craft or other. I've attempted, to knit, crochet, make baby quilts, cross stitch, paint, as well as many other little crafts in between. I received a serger for Christmas one year and like to put it to work whenever I can. Dressing Miss Daisy comes from my need to feel like I'm accomplishing something. I started off making a "pillow case" dress for my niece. After receiving a serger for Christmas I started sewing more often. I have an interest in history and love working on my genealogy when I have time. I grow a vegetable garden in the summer and like to do canning in the fall. I love to shop and go to as many craft shows as I can. In the winter I like to read if I can find a spare moment. Historical fiction is usually what gets my attention.... |
