| Introduction | I grew up in the kitchen. Watching, stirring and tasting all the things my mother made. My favorite and most vivid memories all center around the kitchen. I developed a love of cooking by watching my mother. I have no training, a haphazard array of kitchen supplies, a limited budget but a passion and desire to share food. Originally from the east coast I've been enjoying all the fresh produce California has to offer. Warning... my cooking is very experimental, I like to try to tweak recipes and create something new. I'll try a vegan/ vegetarian, raw approach but I also love using full fat and lot of cream recipes. Hope you enjoy. |
