Introduction	I've always loved cooking, and have been told I'm pretty good at it. Friends and family kept saying "You should write a cookbook!" Life is a little too chaotic to compile a wheat-free cookbook, but I can knock out a recipe to share every now and again. The diagnosis came as a shock, but it was also such a relief to know the source of being sick so often. After realizing I was allergic to wheat, I could go back over 15 to 20 years and see "that's what happened!"
