| Introduction | I received a 2200 hour diploma from the Alberta Institute of Massage. In 2007, my journey started as a full time Registered Massage Therapist, I gradually added other techniques such as Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki Master Training to enhance my understanding of the mind and body connection. I have learned so much from working with people of different back rounds and ages, and love that I will always continue learning...learning more techniques to help my clients and learning about life from my clients. My passion is people. I currently work in a Chiropractic Clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. The treatments I give are usually a fusion of Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Crainosacral Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Reiki and Swedish techniques to help pain relief, encourage postural correction and promote balance in the body. In spare my time, I also love dancing, nature, meditating, anthropology, reading, cooking and ZUMBA! |
