Introduction	After I finished my PhD, I moved to Melbourne where about a year into a real job I started to feel like a boring grown up. As any reasonable person would do, I skipped the country to teach English for a year in Japan. Then back to Australia. Then Singapore. Now I'm heading off for a big adventure across Asia and Europe before I move to NZ to start a new degree.
