Gender Female
Occupation Theatre Development Co-ordinator
Location Dorset
Introduction I graduated in 2001 from the Central School of Speech and Drama with a 1st in Drama and Education (now the Applied Theatre course) and have since worked in a variety of performing arts settings in a range of capacities; as a freelance project manager, theatre maker, director, performer, producer and fundraiser. As an Education Manager for two venues (Greenwich Theatre and The Broadway) as well as being Administrator for the Royal Court Theatre, I have mainly worked in creative arts project management. After having lived and worked in London theatre for eight years, four years ago I relocated back to Dorset, the area in which I grew up, excited and energised to find a vibrant arts scene. I work for Activate, the Theatre and Dance Developement Agency for Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole. www.activateperformingarts.org.uk

Theatre is my passion. I'm particularly interested in Outdoor Work (site specific and responsive) as well as New Writing. As a theatre practitioner I run an early years theatre company which performs at music festivals. I also love exploring Dorset's beautiful coastline and ahem, playing the ukulele. I have two young sons, a dog, and live in Christchurch, Dorset with my partner, Adam.
