Introduction	The purpose of this blog is to once again shed light on some fantastic bands that once contributed to our little "scene" here in Springfield, IL. Some were homegrown, others from places not too far from here, but all played an important part of making the Springfield scene what it was in the early-to-mid 1990's. Some are still at it today, and they will be featured here as well. All of these bands have played a HUGE part in my "musical life" (if you can call it that), and I know they have done the same with many others who were there as well. Enjoy!!
