About me

Introduction Welcome to my blog I've been heavily involved in prolife campaigning in the United Kingdom for the last five years, particularly with Student LifeNet, and the the ProLife Alliance. I have also completed an MSc in Medical Ethics at Imperial College, London, and have worked as a bioethics researcher for the public interest group, Comment on Reproductive Ethics. It's encouraging that over the last year there have been signs that public opinion is deeply uneasy with the current abortion laws. There have been a number of fantastic articles in the press that should be required reading. At the same time I have been frequently surprised by the bias, omission and misinformation in the media about abortion but also on issues like stem cell research and designer babies. I am setting up this blog primarily to highlight media inaccuracy, and also to point out some first class examples of investigative journalism and reporting.
