| Introduction | I’m a French woman, I have three children and I have been living in California since september 2006. Cooking is for me something important. It’s such a pleasure to prepare something by myself and share with family and friends. Don’t you think so? I still cook with my French recipes, but I have adapted them with the ingredients I can find in California. Some of you think French cooking is difficult, but it isn’t.
