| Introduction | Most of all I want to show up for each and every instant. I want to stay awake and meet whatever happens with fresh, curious innocence. I want to fully inhabit my moments with unflinching availability--no matter what arises (even though this can often be very hard to do!). I have always been vulnerable to LIFE. I guess what matters right now "about me" is that I no longer wish to resist or monitor this vulnerability. I'm learning to see it as a gateway to BEINGNESS, itself. I write, like I breathe, as a way to let LIFE bridge the illusion of distance between us. |
