| Introduction | Making art is like traveling. I’m a wanderer at heart, and feel most at home creating places I’d like to see, possibly like wandering through a lucid dream. The places often seem to be parts of stories, and sometimes I add writing to complete the ideas. I have always been captivated by the ocean. It is a powerful force, but also a nurturing friend, and that is why I return to it constantly for inspiration. I enjoy working on paper with pencil and watercolor, yet I enjoy the scale of larger images that I can capture on canvas. |
