| Introduction | I just love foods. I love foods from all over the world. Cooking is my hobby and I love to recreate foods from my childhood days. I particularly am very irritated by the Food Network for misrepresenting the Vietnamese cuisine. They might have a big budget with bunch of celebrity chefs, but when it comes to Vietnamese foods, they do not know jack! I don't know if it is the R&D of the Food Network or Emerald Lagassi to blame, but they did it all wrong every time they prepared a Vietnamese dish. On this blog, I discuss about the foods that I prepared at home and we really did eat them. I will be glad to share and learn new techniques of preparation of the dishes that I posted.
