Introduction	I love gardening. I'm working on a year round greenhouse in a climate that is challenging. My main objective is sustainability. I believe in raising your own food as much as possible. I also enjoy preserving food. Drying, canning, freezing.
Interests	Organic gardening. I have two greenhouses. One, where I plant in soil and the other one is hydroponics. My goal is to raise enough food year round to feed a family of four. I live in the high desert of eastern Oregon. In the winter it can be -20 for weeks at a time. In the summer it can reach 100 degrees or more.
