| Introduction | I'm a mother, licensed midwife, childbirth educator, yoga teacher, and retired interactive designer in Oakland who loves to travel, cook and feed my friends and family. I was a quasi ovo-lacto-pesca vegetarian for years, which means I used to never eat mammals or birds, but occasionally dairy, eggs and fish. Now I strive to eat organic everything, including sustainably raised meat, but not very often. I want to share some of my favorite recipes that are easy to make and oh so good =) Some are completely vegan and others may contain dairy, eggs, fish and/or meat.
