Introduction	I live in central Scotland,I am a mum to three girls.I have been sick for almost 18 years with the illness ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) Sometimes just getting through the day can be a ordeal but in general I try to stay happy and positive (except on the days when I rant).
