| Introduction | Before she embarked upon the adventure of motherhood, Jennifer was a career-focussed Early Childhood Teacher who was mainly inspired by the creative possibilities presented by Waldorf/Steiner Education. After a brief period of mourning for her professional life, Jennifer discovered that life at home with children, and without a full-time job, offers many more creative possibilities and discovered many more passions that she now pursues with great interest! Jennifer is an Authorized Civil Marriage Celebrant, an initiated Priestess of Sacred Women's Mystery Studies, an explorer and teacher of the art of felt-making, co-facilitator of sacred women's circles and an enthusiastic creator of nourishing home-cooked meals! Jennifer is passionate about quality birthing, parenting and early childhood experiences and this has informed and inspired her to pursue and honour the sacredness within her own family life. Jennifer became a blogger accidentally - because 'I love to write about the things that inspire me'. Jennifer incorporates all her passions together in the form of Lavendilly House, her home and business where she celebrates the sacredness and beauty in life. |
