Introduction	This past Fall, I spent a couple of months in California with my father and did some deep soul searching to try and understand why I behave the way I do. I want to make the changes in my life that will last for the rest of my life but I can only do this if I'm willing to do the hard work to get there. Thus my blog! I can't say that I'll write every day but my goal is to blog my thoughts as I work towards living a healthier life. I hope that in doing so and can encourage others along the path towards a healthier lifestyle. We don't have to allow food to rule us! No one said it would be easy but I believe that the Lord will give me the strength to make it if I will only let him. And that's how I came up with the title of this blog ... Living Today Well. I must learn to live today and live it well. I don't need to worry about tomorrow because tomorrow has enough worries of it's on according to the Bible.
