Introduction	I am a college student who loves to barbeque. I have written grade A essays on the subject because it is one of my favorite things to talk about! I love going to new places and the first thing I always ask is "Where is the best Q?" I always try to seek out new ways to smoke some pig or brush up on my brisket. I love to hunt and fish and enjoy any wild game recipes that I can find. I love blues music and jam bands and I love to cook outdoors. It's hard to beat hanging out with your friends while you are grilling a feast and listening to some great tunes!

Favorite books	All Over But the Shoutin'- Rick Bragg, Huckelberry Finn- Mark Twain, Along the Edge of America- Peter Jenkins, The Bible, any and all cookbooks on barbeque, grilling, and outdoor cooking.
