Introduction	I'm one of those people that have the type of memory that is very vivid and detailed. Not like Marilu Henner. I don't remember the date or the time of events (unless I record them). When recalling things I can remember minute details and feelings. I can remember things as far back as when I was 3 years old. ------------------------------ One of my biggest fears is that I would someday lose this and all that I remember would be gone. So most of my life I have kept a journal and have recorded things as they happen or when I recall things that do not have a journal entry. ---------------------------------------- I'm at a place in my life where major changes have been forced on me. This in turn has caused me to dig deeper into who I am, and try to rediscover the man that I really am. This may mean nothing to anyone but me. But it's therapeutic for me to share this with anyone that might care to read it.
