Introduction	Hmmmmm, well I can't tell you everything, but as far as this blog goes: On September 12th 2009, I'm going to jump the broom with my high school love. We've been together since 1998 and will just have celebrated our 11 year anniversary when we tie the knot! I feel so blessed and fortunate to marry someone that I have experienced so much with. We know each other inside and out--and amazingly still really like one another. I'm marrying my BFF smile and I can't wait! Right now that's all about me :-)
Interests	I am currently interested in all things wedding!!! flattering bridesmaids dresses, unique and useful wedding favors, traditional wedding customs, ethnic wedding customs, spellbounding bridal party gifts, wonderfully different (and delicious) cake ideas, grooms cake, and anything that will make my broom jumping day an affair to remember :-) In general I'm interested in really good books (the kind you get lost in), my book club, writing, really cool writers, photography, learning how to use my new d-SLR camera, silky terriers, the internet, my blackberry, spas in NYC, Travel (and vacations), marriage, self improvement, Bikram yoga, greek yogurt (the absolute best!!!), cooking, and did I mention wedding planning?

Favorite Books	There's actually too many, but I will say The Bluest Eye and Song of Solomon are two that had a huge impact on me growing up. I adore Toni Morrison--she's a genius.
