| Introduction | Hi Everyone! Welcome to my blog! This blog is going to be mostly about my journey with real food that I have made as my New Year's Resolution. But also since I'm a crafty person I will occasionally post a crafty post! Whoot! Anyway, my New Year's Resolution is to eat as much unprocessed, "Real Food" as possible. This includes grass-fed meats and mostly organic and sustainable foods. Lots of local and organic food! Now the difficult part of this is, I am a busy college student. That means limited time to cook (but I do like to cook) and limited amount of money. I'm going to keep my budget around $40 a week. Hopefully with some planning and lots of research I can do this! So join me on this journey and let's see where we can go! |
