Introduction	I'm a normal mom on a quest to take care of my family. I have an amazing, supportive husband, two of the best babies I could have ever asked for, and a new little one on the way! As well as a 9 year-old foster son who is a great asset to our family! With the size of our family expanding, our time and resources are constantly on demand. So my quest has led to my own personal challenge of making a new, healthy meal for my family that is also quick and budget friendly.
