Introduction	I'm a graduate student on a graduate student's budget. I'm in an on-going battle with my gluten free diet, only keeping to it to avoid destroying the lives of the people I love most (and myself, I guess). Gluten free is expensive and can be difficult to manage. Like any true attention junkie, I've decided to document my trials and errors for future generations, and maybe find some tips from others along the way.
