Introduction	1. Protecting Consumers Lemon Law and Consumer Fraud Mr. Gutman has successfully handled over 500 lemon law and automobile breach of warranty cases . He recently gave a seminar for other attorneys on the lemon law for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. and is the author of a leading article on the lemon law in the New Jersey Law Journal. 2. Employment Law Protecting those who have been wrongfully discharged is also an important part of the practice. The firm has secured substantial settlements for victims of age discrimination or those asserting whistleblower claims for ongoing violations.
