Introduction	I am passionate about contemporary jewellery & the arts in general. I love building confidence in others, learning continuously & stretching myself out of my comfort zone. I am the Regional Advisor, Wales to the Association for Contemporary Jewellery Board, a role I love. I am also a parent governor at our boys' school, am a support worker for Cardiff Breathworks (running & supporting courses in mindfulness & leading meditations)& board member of Walk Free, a self help group for people suffering from panic disorders & other phobias. I am so lucky to have the best job in the world. I enjoy networking & meeting new people. I am part of Welsh Women Walking & we climbed to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro in Jan 2010 to raise over £110,000 for Breast Cancer Care & Ty Hafan.
