Introduction I'm a writer, freelance editor, teacher and creative coach. I've been working with clients at all stages of their writing careers for the last six years. From 2006-2009 I taught fiction, nonfiction and MFA prep workshops through the Sackett Street Writers' Workshop in Brooklyn. Now I run my own workshops (see my website for more info). I've been published in a wide variety of places including The Guardian, Mosaic Literary Magazine and Madison magazine, and awarded residencies and fellowships from the Byrdcliffe Arts Colony, the Ragdale Foundation, Atlantic Center for the Arts and the Jentel Artist Residency Program. I'm a consultant for MFA applicants, a contributing editor at Guernica magazine, and author of a writing advice column for The Faster Times. My website is www.nancyrawlinson.com.
