| Introduction | After many tears and an additional nudge, we are finally pregnant and will be welcoming our first baby into the world in August 2009. I can't even begin to tell you how much of a miracle worker God is! A little about me: I'm 25, originally from Salina, KS and now back again. I received my B.S. from K-State (Go Cats!) in Early Childhood Education in 2004, and am currently getting my master's via distance education. It's a slow process, as I work full time for Heartland Programs, the local Head Start (and bound to be a slower process once the little one shows up). I'm a stepmother to a wonderful, smart, funny 10 year old boy, who lives with my husband and I full time. I have had the opportunity to be a full time mother for the last 5 years, and am looking forward to the baby experience now. |
