Introduction	Making crêpes by bike is a labor of love. It's something I've wanted to do for a while. I'm a self-proclaimed language francophile with respect for French cooking, healthy eating, and the locavore movement. I also ride often with local bike club Portland Velo and do other long distance rides all year such as Reach the Beach, Monster Cookie, Portland Century, Peach of a Century, and the Harvest Century. I don't own a car and I enjoy it. It makes me feel good to do all my commuting and errands by bike. My gas station is a crêpe skillet!
