Introduction Now into my 40s, I have embarked on several new adventures, all connected to finding more happiness, joy, and laughter in life. I love to laugh and am invigorated by trying new things. I have been a middle/high school principal since 2003. Prior to that, I spent five years as an assistant principal, and six years teaching math and English at the junior high and high school level. I received my BA from the University of Washington and LOVE the Huskies! My M.Ed. in School Administration came from Central Washington University, and my Ed.D. from Seattle Pacific University. I have two kids -- my oldest is in high school so I have the privilege of being his school principal as well as his mom!!
Interests Reading, writing, helping kids with math, conflict resolution, communication, teaching, learning, watching movies, having meaningful conversations, increasing kindness and democracy, leadership
