| Introduction | I’m a 23 years old student from Finland. I have been studying in HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences for international business for over two years now and I’m going to graduate next spring. After my graduation, I’m planning on studying my master’s degree in a University. This blog was created after I attended a service design course. It has truly been an inspirational course and I have learned a lot. The simple reason why I joined the course was the fact that it sounded too good to miss and I’m glad to be a part of it. It got me to a great journey that was placed in Stockholm, Sweden. That adventure was the Service Design Global Conference 2014. It was simply the best thing I have experienced in school so far. All of the things I have addressed in the blog were fairly new to me. One of my goals has been to explain all those concepts by common sense and in a way that a person, who is not familiar with service design, would understand them correctly.
