| Introduction | I once was over 300 pounds and nonathletic. Today, I train and complete marathons. I have joined Team AllEars where we are running for a purpose. We raise money for the fight against Breast Cancer through the Avon Foundation. My teammates and I are trying to make a difference. I have come a long way, and hopefully I can share my journey and experiences of running with you. |
