| Introduction | I was born in Dinuba, California, right smack in the middle of Raisin Country. Remember the California Raisins? I did plenty of raisin harvesting growing up. Anyway, I graduated from Dinuba High School in 1985, College of Sequoias (Visalia, CA) with an A.A. in Music in 1988, and earned a B.A. in Education from Fresno Pacific University in 1990. I married my wonderful wife, Sandra, in 1990. We have three, yes three boys: Caleb, Jacob, and Joshua. All of our boys are high school age and younger and still living at home. What a busy household! Whew! My favorite portion of scripture as a worship leader is Psalm 98. I guess it’s because I love singing unto the Lord a new song! Just like the scripture says in verse 1, “for He hath done marvelous things.” I also love His promise in John 14:27, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” My God is my Comforter! |
