| Introduction | Profile : Dr Deepak Shikarpur Deepak Shikarpur an IT Engineer with global repute. He is a Hon Fellow of Maharashtra Academy of Science and a Hon Fellow of Institution of Engineers. He is winner of Cosmos Puraskar in 2000 and was the first Indian to have been invited to speak in 'World Software Conference" held at Rochester USA in 1993. He is an Independent Director with many IT ventures like Autoline Dimensions Software Pvt ltd, Pure IT, Seed Infotech, SEED Healthcare, GTT etc.. He is also Chairman IT subcommittee of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce and was elected as National Chairman of Computer Society of India. Hon Vice Chancellor of Pune University appointed him as Chairman Board of Studies of Computer Management. He is on the Board of Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education as a Director to assist in improving Technical education in the state. He is Trustee of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. He has worked with Tata, RPG and Satyam before becoming an technoprenuer. |
