| Introduction | I haven't always been overweight, just most of my adult life. It started slowly and crept up on me while I was having fun doing what I wanted whenever I wanted which included eating all the wrong things and lots of them! Before Christmas 2008 I was 15st 8lbs so I started a diet and by the middle of last year I was doing really well and had lost over 2st. Christmas 2009 came along and then my birthday and then the kids birthdays and an endless supply of excuses until I am now only a few lbs lighter then when I started 18 months ago. This is me starting again, using what I have learned and this time doing it right |
